RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We strive to offer the highest quality products with the best service. If you are uncertain if the product you are about to order is right for you, please call 1-800-995-2802 for clarification. Our goal to make sure you are happy with the products.

Defective products may be returned for replacement or credit within 30 days, or reimbursement if requested. Sealed products such as CD’s or Software may be returned for refund within 7 days provided they are still sealed and unopened. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

You must call 1-800-995-2802, write Taylor Publications, 20171 Hilltop Ranch Dr, Montgomery, TX 77316 or email at taypub@mac.com for permission to return any materials. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or a deduction for credit card fees charged to us! All shipping cost to your address and returned to our facility will not be refundable.

All unauthorized returns may be refused. We appreciate your business and will strive to satisfy your needs if at all possible. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of when we receive them. Orders received after 12:00 PM may be shipped the next day. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel the order without penalty. Please contact us at 1-800-995-2802 to cancel an order. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to the RETURN POLICY above.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
All products on this web site are shipped from the USA and delivered to destinations within the USA. All pricing and shipping cost are for destinations within the USA only! For shipping outside the USA, you must contact us direct at taypub@mac.com and make arrangements to estimate shipping cost.

MEDIA MAIL: This method of shipping can often be the least expensive, however, it is also the slowest and least reliable method of shipping. Shipping times can vary from 5 to 10 working days and sometimes up to 30 days. Tracking is very difficult. If you select this method of shipping for large orders of hymnals, we reserve the option to change the shipping method to UPS at no extra expense to you.

DOWNLOADS
To receive a download, you must open an account. Once you have placed an order for a download product and the payment has cleared, you must log back into your account and there you will find the download. Click on it to download it to your computer. We make every effort to make accurate power point slides. Should you incounter a problem with the download, or find an error please email us at taypub@mac.com. and will make corrections. You are fully responsible for the use of any downloads. Should the download have a copyright, it is your total responsibility to secure permission BEFORE using the download. In the advent of power point slides with copyrights , if your church has CCLI, it is your responsibility to report the use. In no way is Taylor Publications responsible or liabal for any downloaded product except for the quality of the product.

 Check or Money Order

When you select check or money order for payment, your order will NOT be processed until we receive the payment. For churches, we will ship and invoice with a 30 day net pay, but you must contact us via phone (1-800-995-2802) to confirm the online order before we will ship.

What if my shipment is lost?

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery time of the carrier, please contact us. If the order was shipped via UPS, we will attempt to track it to determine its status. Currently, package tracking services from the US Postal Service (USPS) are limited, therefore orders instructed to be shipped via USPS methods carry a greater risk for the customer. If we determine it is necessary, a replacement order will be attempted, but limitations due to product availability and additional expenses to the customer are possible. For products shipped "Media Mail", a much greater risk of delayed delivery may occur. If after 30 days you have not received the product shipped via Media Mail, we will ship again. However, when the original product arrives, you must return it at your expense or we may charge your account for the additional product. We will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you, our most valued customer

Delivery outside the continental United States?
Orders shipped to military addresses outside the continental U.S. are delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. Non-continental states and territories as well as Canadian addresses can be shipped U.S. Postal Service and sometimes UPS. All other destinations are shipped Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Heaver items such as hymnals can be shipped via UPS consolidated if more than 150 pounds. Before we can know the shipping cost, please email us the complete address and products you wish to send.
